Coast Rocketry is proud to offer Large Delrin® Buttons specifically designed to fit the 1.5" x 1.5" 80/20 "1515" extrusion which has a 5/16" slot. The "Coasters" are made of Delrin® acetal resin. Currently they are only available in black. These are one-piece buttons. Each button comes with a zinc-plated steel screw. $2.95 each

Linear Launch Rail Lugs - The unique PML Linear Rail Lugs are made of durable yet light-weight urethane. They glide smoothly and securely along both the Blacksky ProRail (TM) and the standard 1" (#1010) 80/20 (TM) brand rail. They have the same frontal area as rail buttons but with much greater surface area so that they can be mounted using epoxy alone in those situations where a screw would interfere with internal components. The lugs can also be mounted using two flathead screws for added strength. The channeled base allows for a conformal fit to any airframe 1.5” dia. and larger. (PML recommends a #6 flathead screw, 1/2" long, for attaching the rail lugs.) $2.95 each

Launch Rail Lugs The
new PML Large Linear Rail Lugs are made of durable yet light-weight

conformal fit to any airframe 3.0” dia. and larger. (We recommend a #8
flathead screw, 3/4" long, for attaching the rail lugs.)

variety of HPR industry standard airframe tube sizes, accommodating standard HPR launch
rod diameters. Eight sizes to fit a wide variety of HPR industry standard airframe tube
sizes, accommodating popular HPR rail launchers.
Each Acme Conformal Launch Lug kit comes with 2 lugs of the specified size, 2 sheets of 3M
sheet adhesive, and installation instructions.
