About us:

Coast Rocketry was established in 1999 by Phil Cianchi and Dean English. Together they built a business that was designed to provide the rocketry community with a wide range of products which included motors, kits, components, electronics and more.  They also carried products from a wide range of suppliers.

Over the next 5 years, Phil and Dean built a reputation as an honest and trust worthy suppliers to the rocketry community.

In the spring of 2004, Coast Rocketry was sold to Greg and Sue Dietlein of Langley BC. Greg and Sue decided to expand Coast Rocketry by increasing the inventory, carrying new products and introducing new suppliers to the Canadian market.

Today, Coast Rocketry carries a wide range of items from more than 24 suppliers from across Canada and North America. The emphasis remains on service.

Sue

Greg is a member of the CAR, TRA and BCRC. He is also a CAR level 3 flier and TRA level 2. Greg can often be seen flying rockets with his 2 sons on the weekends.

Greg Dietlein

Sue's  interest in flying is limited, though she has finally built her first rocket. With a strong background in business, Sue lends her accounting skills towards the effort.
